The Dark Knight

So much to say really about this, I'm not sure where to begin. So while I collect my thoughts and hopefully post something in a day or two, I'll just say this:

Believe the hype. It is just that good. And then some.

P. S. Skip the 44 oz. soda. Really, you don't want to be slipping out to run to the powder room anytime after the trailers.

Best Batman yet.

But not as good as the first one. Not by a long shot. Too long, too unfocused. In fact, and I know what I'm getting into here, I'd venture to say Iron Man was actually a better movie.

But I still liked it.

What?!?!?!

Apparently, your absence (see comments on earlier post) was due to being abducted by aliens who have seriously tweaked the part of your brain that watches movies. Unfocused? Too Long? Not.as.good.as.first?

Speechless, I am.

I agree with girlfriday. And I felt there was very little dramatic tension. Much more drama should have been made of the note that didn't get passed on. Also, more drama about Batman's ethical/moral dilemnas. Sorry, Hobie-Wan. Iron Man was more fun.
