that's good stuff
Thomas Paine is in many ways my least favorite Founding Father. Remember reading some apoogetic attack of his against the inspiration of Scripture in college. Made me want to read Jefferson's Bible for a dose of orthodoxy.
But, darn it all, just sooooo quoteable.
